Mr. Roger White, P.Eng.
President and Chief Executive Officer
The company’s founder, President and CEO is Roger White B.Sc., P.Eng., who graduated as an electrical engineer from the University of Western Ontario in 1986 and has been fully licensed as a professional engineer since 1989. Mr. White has held successively higher management positions with Ford Electronics, a division of Ford Motor Company, for eight years before resigning as a Product Team Manager in 1994 and founding Theralase Inc. in 1995.

Ms. Hachey graduated with a B.A. degree from Ryerson University in 1996, majoring in Accounting Finance and minoring in International Business. Ms. Hachey has held successively higher positions with numerous banking and financial institutions over the last 10 years and obtained her professional CGA accounting designation in 2002.

Chief Technical Officer The company’s chief design engineer is Qing Zhang, who graduated from the Automation Control Department of Beijing Aircraft and Astronautics University in 1983. Mr. Zhang has held successively higher technical positions with numerous design and manufacturing companies before joining Theralase in 1999. Mr. Zhang is fully certified as a senior design engineer for analog, digital and RF design.
